Return & Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Eligibility
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or bulk-manufactured orders are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Contact us as early as possible with your order number.
